My favorite time of the day.

Now that I have posted this pic, I see that my fingers are in the way, oops!

It's been a long day and I am tired.  This is one of those days that I would have opted out of doing this, if I didn't have people keeping me accountable.  I sure don't want to fall off of the wagon this early (at all, really).  So here we go.

This pick shows one of the things I love doing.  I love to cook dinner, especially when I have help.  Together, Anna and I cooked up a wonderful meal tonight, if I do say so myself.   She fried up some eggplant and I made some sauce and pasta.  Yum!  This is one of my favorite times of the day, because I'm doing something I enjoy, everyone is gathering around and starting to wind down their day (sometimes), and I'm about to be able to sit down to visit with them for a while.  It's usually the only time of the day when we are all gathered together in one place, without phones, tv or radio.  It's just us.  I like that.
